DESIGNS
are all developed on RugGalalanchia which
is a highly specialized carpet design software especially
for Nepalese rugs. All
sketches are interchanged via this programme between the
Danish and the Nepalese designer. This guarantees the
originality and reduces the number of corrections to a
minimum. Colours are matched according to Pantone Colour
System.
The
dyed yarn is verified before given over to the production.
The high contents of natural lanolin in Tibetan wool,
can infect the ability of adapting the true colour.
The
supervisor makes sure that the original pattern is followed
correctly.
The
washing plant is a joint venture between the Nepalese
producer and H.P.Knecht in Switzerland.
All water is recycled which mean that chemicals from
dyes etc. have no impact on envirronment. The plant
has a unique control of the waters hp value and the
result in very high quality wool and colour finish.
ECO
Wash
The
supervisor of finishing makes sure that the quality is according
to the original master.
All
rugs are measured and the exact size is written on the attached
label.
